Updated over a year ago

The ASIC Extract is available to access by the Company Officeholder with a registered ASIC Account, or by the registered ASIC Agents

ASIC extracts are commonly used for due diligence, financial analysis, legal compliance, and various other purposes. They provide valuable insights into the registered details and history of a company and are often requested by potential investors, financial institutions, suppliers, and other stakeholders as part of their assessment and decision-making processes.

It is issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The ASIC extract serves several purposes, including:

  1. Company Verification

  3. Shareholder Information

  4. Company History

  5. Compliance and Filings

  6. Financial History
