You can choose to book your Advice Consultations as either a direct phone call or a video call through the Lawpath platform.
How to book:
Head to Consultations and then 'Request a Consultation'
Fill out the details, and select video call as 'How would like us to contact you?'
Once you've booked your consultation, you'll see that the video consultation can be identified with the video icon instead of the phone icon.
Where to join the call :
On the day of your booking, head to your consultations page to join the video at the time. If for some reason your video does not work, select 'Switch to phone' to request a phone call instead.
The video will open 5 minutes before your call.
How to Share Your Video Link
Once you have made the booking, the custom video link will be generated. You can share this with partners to join the call from their own Lawpath account.
If they do not have a Lawpath account, they will need to set up a free account to access before their call.
Step 1: Go to the Consultations menu, choose 'Join Video Call' from the upcoming consultation
Step 2: Select 'Copy invite link' and send the link to your business partner as required directly via email or message.
Alternatively, you can copy the link from your Calendar invite and share it with your business partner to join.
