How to Add Participants To an Advice Call Consultation

Add or appoint others for the Advice Calls

Lawpath's Legal Advice & Accounting Advice Subscriptions come with unlimited 30-minute consultations with our Legal &/or Accounting Teams!


The Account Owner is the only user able to book consultations via the platform, though we recognise there will be times when another team or staff member may be better suited to take a call.

Have another team/staff member take a phone consultation

Go to the Consultations section and click on 'Request a Consultation' as normal.

  • During the 'What would you like to discuss' after adding in the brief, simply enter:

    • Name

    • Contact number/ email address

    • Relationship to the business

  • From there, your Account Managers will include their details in the final booking with the lawyer and ensure they are contacted for the call.

Share the video link to have multiple people on the video consultion

Once you have booked the consultation (preferably with a note that there will be others joining the call), you can share 1 of 2 ways.

  • From the platform, navigate to the Consultations menu to view your approved consult.

  • Select 'Join the video call'

  • From there, you will see the 'Copy invite link'

The video will only work for people who have a Lawpath account. They can be team members or have just set up a free account, but must have a Lawpath log in and password. They can sign up for free here



Copy the link from your Calendar invite

All advice call sessions are confirmed via calendar link and within your Lawpath account.

  • From the calendar invite, copy the link from the meeting description

  • Share with the relevant party directly via your personal email

Last minute change to booking details:

For last minute changes, you can reach out to the booking manager via email at [email protected] or submit your request via live chat and we can try to accommodate these changes
