How do I change my Legal Consultation?
We understand that sometimes schedules can change, especially with small businesses. If the scheduled time no longer works for you, here's what you can do:
Rebook: Reach out to your Account Managers at [email protected] as soon as possible and advise can no longer make an appointment. Let them know next time or day you can make for them to rebook.
Please keep in mind that while we do our best, we cannot guarantee that the requested timeslot will be available if you decide to rebook.Cancellation: If you no longer need to continue with the Advice session and choose to cancel your appointment, reach out to your Account Managers at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can let the lawyers know.
If you do not hear from your Account Manager, you can also reach out to Support via LiveChat or over the phone to connect and get confirmation.
Please note that there are no fees or penalties for cancelling your appointment. We understand that plans change, and we're here to accommodate your needs.
