Other Options:

Registering a new business name

You can also register a new business name to trade under. You can use this name to operate, rather than having to change the entire name of your company. You will need to consider renewal of the business name yearly along with your company's renewal fees.

Lawpath can help register a business name for 1 year for $129 or 3 years for $199, you can begin your application here.

Registering a new subsidiary or holding company

You can also consider registering a new holding that owns your existing company. Holding companies are set up to control another company rather than engage in any business endeavours. They can exist to own certain property, intellectual property, stock or equity.

Subsidiary companies are created to expand on the company's existing products and services and help purchases of other businesses. They are owned by a holding company.
