Where do I find my ASIC statement in my Lawpath account?

Your ASIC annual statement summarises your company’s details and includes an invoice for the annual review fee. ASIC issues it on your company’s registration anniversary. ASIC sends it to your registered office address, your nominated mailing address, your registered agent’s address and your ASIC online account.

If you’re on the ASIC Compliance Plan or a Business Compliance Plan, we’ll review the statement with you to check the details are correct before we lodge the review.
