The form itself takes about 10 minutes to complete once you have all the required details ready. From there, most company registrations process in 15 to 30 minutes, though it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
Flagged for manual review: in some cases, your application may be Flagged. This just means ASIC is manually reviewing it rather than approving it automatically. Most Flagged applications are processed within 5 business days, though it can take up to 28 business days.
Rejected: if your application is Rejected, our Company Registrations team will reach out to explain why and help you get it resubmitted at no extra cost.
Successful: once your company is registered, you'll be notified by email, and your ACN and Formation Documents will be available in your Company Dashboard. Just log in and go to Registrations to view the details.
