Step-by-Step Guide: Annual Commitment Signing Process

After purchasing a Quarterly Legal, Accounting, and Tax Plan or an Annual Tax Plan, users must sign and complete an annual commitment contract. This document outlines the step-by-step process for signing this contract.

Step 1: Complete Purchase

  • Select your desired plan (Quarterly Legal, Accounting, and Tax Plan or Annual Tax Plan)

  • Enter your payment information

  • Complete the checkout process

  • Your payment will be processed

Step 2: Complete your annual commitment contract

  • After payment confirmation, you will be automatically redirected to the annual commitment document

  • This document contains:

    • Details of your plan

    • Pricing information

    • Billing cadence (quarterly or annual payment)

    • Terms of service

    • Annual commitment requirements

Step 3: Review the Annual Commitment Document

  • Take time to carefully read through the entire document

  • Note the terms of your annual commitment

  • Understand the pricing structure (quarterly or annual)

  • Review the services included in your plan

Step 4: Sign the Document

  • At the bottom of the document, you'll find a signature field

  • Apply your electronic signature

  • Click the "Agree & Next" button to complete the process

Step 5: Confirmation

  • A confirmation message will appear indicating successful signing

  • You will be redirected to a "Payment Successful" page where you can:

    • Book an advice consultation

    • Set up your tax dashboard

Step 6: Access Your Signed Contract

  • Your signed contract will now be available in your account

  • To access it at any time:

    • Log in to your account

    • Navigate to "Settings"

    • View or download your annual commitment contract

Step 7: Email Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation where you can view and download your annual commitment contract

Important Notes

  • The annual commitment contract is legally binding

  • Your services will not be fully activated until the contract is signed

  • If you have questions before signing, please contact our support team

  • All changes to your plan must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract
