What is the Business Compliance Plan?

The Business Compliance Plan is your foundational compliance protection for your new company. It includes:

    • We prepare and lodge your required annual reporting documents with ASIC each year, including the required Solvency Resolutions

  • Proactive compliance alerts

    • Automated reminders and notifications about upcoming legal and tax compliance deadlines and any regulatory changes from within our platform.

    • Let us handle all official correspondence with ASIC on your behalf, ensuring timely responses, compliance and no late fees.

How much does this cost?

This is a free service for your first year as a registered company and is included automatically with your company registration*. Upon the renewal of your company subscription, you will be charged $199, though you can cancel anytime directly in your account settings.

*If your company has been registered from January 25 2024 onwards, the Business Compliance plan is automatically included.

How to access services:

You will need to sign the 'Appoint Lawpath as your ASIC Agent' form found within your Compliance Documents in the Company Formation folder. The Business Services team will then automatically begin to receive updates and information from ASIC.

Have an older company?

If your company was registered before January 25 2024, this service is not automatically added to your account. If you would like to take advantage of the Business Compliance package, please email [email protected] with your company name and contact number so they can help set you up!

How is this different to the ASIC Compliance Plan?

Our ASIC Compliance Plan includes similar services for your Business Compliance (ASIC filing, ASIC Compliance alerts, Annual Renewal & Solvency Resolutions) but with the added benefit of unlimited company changes.

This means for the duration of your subscription, Lawpath will make sure any changes to your company (change of Address, updating Shareholders, adding directors etc) is taken care of!
