Add all of your exisiting business to the Lawpath dashboard to manage from one place

As well as assisting in registering new businesses, Lawpath can assist in managing all of your existing businesses in one place.

You can add any pre-existing business with an ABN so the details and information can be kept in one spot!

From Registrations, choose 'New Registration' to Add Exisiting Business

How to add:

  • From Registrations, choose 'New Registration'

  • Select 'Learn more' from the Add existing business tile

  • Choose 'add my business'

  • Add in the business or company ABN

  • View in Registration Portal with other businesses

Uploaded businesses will have the status 'Uploaded', and you will be able to view the details and cap table from the tile.

How much does this cost?

Uploading a business is free for all Lawpath users.

What type of business can I add?

You can upload any entity type or business name that has an active ABN

Do I need a separate document subscription for each business?

Our Legal Plans can be used for all businesses- you will not need to have a separate Essentials or Advice plan for each.
Our Virtual Office subscriptions are linked per entity, so separate businesses will need separate Virtual Office accounts.

What if the information doesn't seem quite right?

The information in the uploaded business is pulled directly from the ABR website & government sources. If it is not correct, you can get in touch with our Business Services team to make any changes and make sure your business stays compliant and up-to-date.
