What are my options when the support team is unavailable?

During public holidays, utilise these resources for support.

Our support team is available Monday to Friday during business hours. On public holidays and long weekends, live support is unavailable, but there are still plenty of ways to get help.

  • 26 January, Australia Day

  • 3 April, Good Friday

  • 4 April, Easter Saturday

  • 6 April, Easter Monday

  • 25 April, ANZAC Day

  • 8 June, King's Birthday

  • 5 October, Labour Day

  • 25 December, Christmas Day

  • 26 December, Boxing Day

Note: Live support may also be unavailable on additional NSW public holidays or team closure days. We'll update this article when that's the case.
