Lawpath's Starter Plan

This article explains what’s included in the Starter Plan, who can access it, and how key features work.

Updated this week

The Starter Plan is designed for new company owners who have just registered an ACN, and are at the very beginning of their compliance journey.

It suits early stage businesses with little to no activity that need simple, guided support for ASIC and ATO obligations, plus light access to legal or accounting advice.

What’s included

  • Business Consultant Sessions — Discuss your business goals with a Sales Consultant.

  • 1 x Legal or Accounting Advice Call — Choose one during your trial; renewals include another token.

  • Unlimited eSign — Sign and manage documents without limits.

  • Unlimited Lawpath AI — Use our AI tools for document drafting and review.

  • ATO Agent Services & Nil BAS Lodgements — For businesses with no reportable activity, we handle the BAS lodgement.

  • ASIC Agent Services & Annual Review — We manage ASIC notices and your yearly company review obligations.

If you want full plan details, check your dashboard: Starter Plan page

Who can access the Starter Plan

  • The plan is available only to new ACN registrations.

  • Existing customers cannot access or upgrade to Starter Plan at this stage

  • For bespoke advice or different needs, please book a pre-sale call via Calendly

How key features work

ATO Agent & Nil BAS Lodgements

Once enrolled, you can submit a request for your Nil BAS from your dashboard between 30 days before the lodgement date and 25 days after. We’ll confirm your subscription, agent status, and activity before proceeding. Accepted requests are processed within 7 days.

ASIC Agent & Annual Review

Your Annual Review checklist becomes visible 30 days before your company’s review date and remains active for 30 days after. Complete it through your Lawpath account and we’ll process everything on your behalf.

Advice Call (Legal or Accounting)

You’ll receive one call token during your trial. When you renew, you get another token. Tokens do not accumulate, so unused calls expire at renewal.
